Best National Youth Service Corps Orientation Camp

During National Youth Service Corps online registration, you are required to select four states of your choice. This is excluding your state of origin and state your school is located. Whatever state you choose, you will be posted to one according to NYSC.  It is that state you will do NYSC orientation camp. You may be redeployed to another state to serve.

NYSC Camp
There are 37 NYSC orientation camps in Nigeria. Some years ago, they were all in very bad shape. However, with many now moving to their permanent sites, some can boast of new structure. New structure does not guarantee the facility is good. Although that is better than old structure. Most of the NYSC orientation camps that are still in their old camps are bad.
Even with the so called new structure, some lack maintenance. However, four states NYSC orientation camps have stood out among the others according to the information from those who have attended.

Best Camp

Ogun

Ogun state NYSC orientation camp is at sagamu. It is new and everything still function very well.

Abuja

As expected, the capital city have one of the best NYSC orientation camp. It is new and located at Kubwa.

Lagos

One of the most sort after state, it's NYSC orientation camp meets most corps members expectations.

Osun

Painted in yellow, the camp at it's permanent site at Ede boast of beauty inside out.

Worst Camp

Akwa-ibom

The orientation camp is so bad that even the director general of NYSC complain about it's poor condition. You can't believe this is coming from the most beautiful state in Nigeria.

Kaduna

The old camp is depreciating rapidly. However, to save the face of this edifice, the state government has carried out some repair work on it. There is still complain coming from different quarters.
