Causes Of Vagina Dryness

Sometimes, women that get aroused may not produce the fluid or maybe not enough. This could be caused by consuming some medications including birth control and antibiotics, having a diet rich in starches, meats, sodium, and sugar, menopause, low estrogen levels, breastfeeding, not consuming a diet that is rich in vegetables and fruits, high alcohol consumption and smoking.

The okro should be removed and the water drank mounting and night. Others suggested boiling the water before drinking. Still others suggested combining it with other vegetables or using it to cook.

If it is true, research should be conducted to confirm this claim. I guess the idea came from the date that okro liquid and vagina fluid are both slimmy in texture. So it looks like eating it will result in increased vagina lubrication.
