How To Be A PCN Contractor (Contractors's Registration Form)
The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) is a federal government board that is responsible for the regulation of the education of pharmacy students, pharmacists as well as drug and related products. It was established in the 90s.

As a body, it sometimes enters into contracts with contractors in the fulfillment of its mandate. Some of them include building PCN structure, supply of equipment and tools for the office, supply of equipment for laboratory works and many others.
To be able to partner with PCN, they set out guidelines for whoever wants to. This is made easy to enable seamless operation. Whenever PCN wants a contract, they can send out invites and the lucky binder gets the contract. If you are interested, this is for you.
Guidelines How To Be PCN Contractor
1. Contractor's Registration form will be released upon payment of non-refundable fee of one Thousand Naira (₦1,000.00) only, in cash /bank draft to which the PCN official receipts will be issued upon receipt of the cash/bank draft for the payment.
2. The receipt number shall be quoted on the space provided on the form
3. Section 12 is to be completed by the limited liability companies only and section 13 is to be completed by the individual/partnerships. All other sections must be completed by all applications.
4. The completed form must be returned accompanied with the following;
a. Specified registration fee in bank draft payable to Pharmacists Council Of Nigeria Idu, Abuja according to category (s) to which the company(s) so specialises
b. Certificate of incorporation issued by corporate Affairs commission (CAC)
c. Form Co2, Co7, current Tax Clearance and VAT Registration
d. Formal Application letter to be addressed to the Registrar, introducing the company and expressing its interest in such areas it so specialises.
5. Upon submission of a completed from note that, Pharmacists Council Of Nigeria will not condone withdrawal of such form for any reason.
6. Pharmacists Council Of Nigeria shall not enter into correspondence with any contractor who is unsuccessful in this registration exercise.
7. A contractor shall be free to apply on separate application forms for more than one type of work (e.g. Construction, Engineering, Supplies, Electrical or consultants etc.)
8. Registration of a contractor is not guaranteed award of contract by the Pharmacists Council Of Nigeria
9. The whole registration exercise and all fees payable is subject to review by Pharmacists Council Of Nigeria without prior notice.
