How To Prepare A Complan?

1. Quarter fill a large glass or mug with cold water.

2. Add 3 or 4 heaped tablespoons (57 g) of Complan.

3. Mix into a smooth cream with a fork or whisk

4. Top up with either cold or hot water.

Complan can also be mixed in a blender or mixed with milk for a nutritionally richer drink.

Alternatively, Complan can be added to everyday foods such as soups and stews for additional nourishment.
