Yes! There are many options available. most especially in the department of analytical pharmaceutical chemistry. But you have to do a postgraduate diploma before master. The requirements vary from school to school.

Job Opportunity

You can work in the pharmaceutical industry with your master in pharmacy degree. Can also apply for a lectures job and work with drug regulatory bodies like the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC). However, the degree will not qualify you to establish a pharmaceutical industry or work in a community pharmacy.
