Does White Vinegar Kill Scabies
One of the recommended home remedies for scabies is the use of white vinegar. White vinegar is a solution typically consisting of 4–7% acetic acid and 93–96% water, though types with higher acetic acid content are available for agricultural or cleaning purposes. It's most commonly made via the fermentation of grain alcohol.
Scabies |
Scabies is a parasitic infection on your skin caused by microscopic mites called Sarcoptes scabiei. They take up residence just beneath your skin’s surface, laying eggs that cause an itchy skin rash.
The condition is extremely contagious and is passed through skin-to-skin contact. You can also catch scabies from clothing or bedding that’s been used by someone with scabies.

White Vinegar Kill Scabies
White vinegar is applied to the skin and left for up to 15 minutes. Then it is rinsed off with warm water two times a day for many days. Some users have reported good results after 15 days of use.
There is no clinical backing to the above.
However, personally, I kind of have some level of trust when personal reviews show success. All these users cannot all just come and lie about white vinegar effectiveness in scabies.
