Dr Meyer's Orheptal Alcohol Content
Dr Meyers Orheptal elixir contains alcohol. The ingredients are carried in an alcoholic base of about 13 percent strength (13.5 ethanol) to deliver their therapeutic actions; hence Orheptal blood tonic is an elixir.
Overdosage
It has come to the notice of authority that many youths are abusing orheptal elixir tonic. They do this because of the alcohol in it. Unfortunately, the alcohol content is very low when compared to beer.
The implications of drinking orheptal elixir syrup more than the recommended dose is consumption of toxic levels of other ingredients in orheptal elixir. It is these ingredients that elixirs some symptoms of overdosage not even the alcohol.
