Most folic acid tablets out there come in 400mcg to 800mcg. This means that a woman taking obron-6 should stay off folic acid over the counter (OTC) tablet. Because it may lead to overdose. It's unlikely that women will be hurt from getting too much folic acid. We don't know of an amount that is dangerous.
