Best Country To Study Pharmacy
There are thousands of pharmacy schools around the world. Some offer pharmacy from undergraduate to postgraduate level. Some few others have only undergraduate or only postgraduate degrees. And some have made their name as the best place to study pharmacy.
We are not only going to look at the university as it is worth it. It is important to.look at the degree awarded as well as the country. When choosing a country to study pharmacy, there are many things to take into consideration.

It is easier to study in some countries than others. It is also easier to settle in some countries than the others. Some countries make it easier to settle in life and achieve your goals. And not everybody wants to study in a far away country. Also, the job opportunities, cost of study and living, security are some of the few things to consider.

United Kingdom (UK)
The UK won the chart because it is a country that will lead innovation along with modern technology. They boast of security and accommodates foreign students from all over the world especially Africa. Job opportunities are high with few schools offering scholarships and flexible time for side hustle.

1. Queen's University Belfast (QUB) is a top leading university in the UK. It's pharmacy programme led to the award of master of Pharmacy honours (M Pharm Hons) under 4 years. The curriculum has been modified since 2012 to include clinical and students learn the rudiment of real world-experience. However, it is very expensive.
2. University of Manchester, England is another top leading university in the UK with the M Pharm programme. One of its selling points is the aseptic laboratory found in many research institutes or manufacturing companies and a man patient simulator. The man patient simulator exposes students to real world-experience.
3. University of college London, England has been hailed for a flexible curriculum of introducing pharmacy students to patients from the beginning of the programme. This is believed to help students get a better understanding of concepts. They award M Pharm.
4. University of Nottingham, England is one of the oldest universities in the UK with over 100 years of history. It has bagged some awards in the past as it strives to improve over the years to meet with the new trend. So.e awards include the research excellence framework where it came first in the UK in quality of research for pharmacy students. It is the only school of pharmacy to possess hundred percent of research at 4× in the impact of society category.

United States Of America (USA)
The US has a lot of universities with facilities. When it comes to technology, they are there. The job prospect there after graduating is high. The school environment is good as you meet students from any part of the world. They have more schools with scholarships than any other country. But if you are not given a scholarship, it is expensive to go to school here. One more thing. They all offer a minimum of doctor of pharmacy (Pharm D) degree.

1. University of buffalo (UB) is a top university in Nigeria. It offers a master in pharmaceutical science under two years.io
2. University of Michigan, US offers programmes from undergraduate level up to doctor of philosophy (PhD). It's selling point is the valtech medical chemistry core, the centre for molecular drug targeting and the center for drug discovery.
3. University of North Carolina, chapel hill, USA has a pharmacy faculty name Eshelman school of pharmacy (named after alumni and benefactor Dr. Fred Eshelman). Pharmacy students are invited to spend time studying the health system around the world. Those with entrepreneurial skills can even incorporate business modules into their course.
4. University of California, San Francisco is another university with great faculties for learning. The programme is so structured that students can take part in extracurricular activities. This is one school among many that consider that. Others only consider space for part time hustle. They also encourage students to take part in community service initiatives, joining professional pharmacy organisations and getting involved in healthcare and science events on campus.
Canada
Of all the countries in the world with job prospects, Canada tops the list. The salary structure may not be as high as that in the USA, but the job opportunities are high with low tax rates. Other things like security and work environment are great. Although they are not much of a research oriented county, they boast a high standard of education.

Australia

Australia is a country that doubles as a continent. Beautiful life, low cost of living and home to many tribes, it hosts the Monash university. It's pharmacy programme leads to the award of B Pharm and M Pharm.

Singapore
Singapore is the only country in the east that can be added to this list. It's pharmacy school has done much to attain a recognised reputation. They have various departments which includes neuropharmacology and cardiac pharmacology.

The National University of Singapore (NUS) ranks well across all life sciences, but particularly so in pharmacy and pharmacology - both of which have dedicated departments offering a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
Germany
Germany is another country with a good pharmacy school of pharmacy. All that is required is to learn the German language and you are good to go. Some offer scholarships. The environment is comparable with what is obtainable in the UK. Pharmacy programme is for eight semesters with an extra one year practical training.

Pharmacy has been taught at TU Braunschweig since 1835. Today, the campus hosts over 600 pharmacy students. It is one of largest centers of pharmacy among German universities and the only one in the state of Lower Saxony.
