Periods (menstruation) is one thing most girls dislike. They have been made to believe the non-scientific proof that the flow is proof of fertility. This is important for girls that have a regular flow. In this case, they will know when the next flow is due and can do what to prevent and delay it until they are ready. Some of them are;

  • Birth Control Pills: Some of the birth control pills work perfectly well in this regard. The reason is that these set of birth control pills prevent ovulation. Without ovulation, there is no way periods will come. However, this method must start weeks before the day. That is the drugs must be used before ovulation or else it will not work as expected. Note that this is very different from postinor 2 that does not prevent ovulation. The most common drug is Every Day (E.D) pills, the one with 31 pills for the whole month.   • Menstrual Extraction: This has been going on for years now but little is known of it. This is the method used by most athletics around the world. It is a kind of a mini operation invented by a group of women in the 1980s.
  • Food: Please, do the opposite in terms of food when you want to delay it. That is do not eat spice foods and hot foods.
