Using STC30 without a prenatal supplement may cause low levels of folic acid in the body. Using it with a prenatal supplement may lead to overdose of other ingredients present in both. Both cases can be fatal.

There is no study on its use in pregnancy. Besides that, it does not contain the required supplement for the health and wellbeing of the mother and the growing baby. Even though there is no evidence that it cause miscarriage, it should be avoided in pregnancy.
