Treatment Of Uterine Fibroid
You can’t cure fibroids on your own. But you can do things that help you feel better. Treatment options for symptomatic uterine fibroids — include medical, surgical, and radiologically guided interventions.
Various medical therapies are now available for women with uterine fibroids, although each therapy has its own advantages and disadvantages. Currently, gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonists and selective progesterone receptor modulators (SPRMs) are the most effective medical therapies, with the most evidence to support their reduction of fibroid volume and symptomatic improvement in menstrual bleeding.
The choice of treatment depends on the patient's personal treatment goals, as well as efficacy and need for repeated interventions.

Warm water has a long way to go down to your stomach. By the time it gets there, the temperature must have dropped to a near body temperature. In the stomach, the hot water mixes with other stomach contents at 37°C which will further bring it down completely to body temperature.
It is absorbed into the body at that temperature. There is no way hot water gets to the fibroid directly. However, there is a work around this.
You can lie down and put a hot pack or hot water bottle on your lower belly to ease the pain. You will need to do this several times a day.
