Things Couples Or Partners Must Not Share Together To Live Healthy Life
Couples share so much together. Some even go as far as sharing everything shareable. This they do to prove to themselves and the world they are one. This should not be taken too far. There are so many things that couples who wants to live a healthy life should not share together.
To live a healthy life, both partner must live a hygienic lifestyle. However, both partners cannot have the same level of immunity to all infectious disease that are communicable. Most of these communicable diseases are lurking behind in some things that couples like to share together.
Toothbrush contains bristle that are hard. They are designed to remove particles from the teeth. With a toothpaste, it helps to fight off germs and bacterias in the mouth.
During brushing, it is very possible to pick up particles in the toothbrush. Washing the toothbrush may not be able to remove all the particles hanging on it. The remnants and the wet environment can be a good breeding ground for invading microbes.
Using it to brush again may not a problem to the user because the user may have developed resistance to those organism. But that is not the case with the partner. The microbes can be new and can lead to mouth infection.
Another reason toothbrush sharing is dangerous is because the bristle can damage the gums. The damage gums can be infected with bacteria from the bristle in the toothbrush.

What about electric toothbrush? To answer that, we need to first of all understand what electric toothbrush is and how it works. Electric toothbrush is designed to change the bristle after use. Couples who wish to save cost and reduce weight when traveling can use it. It is considered safe.
