Is Milo Bad For Ulcer
Milo does not contain only chocolate alone. Chocolate is good for the body and is not contraindicated in ulcers. The composition is malt barley, milk powder, sugar and cocoa, plus 8 vitamins and minerals.
Malt barley contains some amount of sugar. This is in addition to the sugar added from sugar cane. These are contraindicated in ulcers. However, low consumption should not be a bad idea.
