Why NYSC Reject Skirt For Female Corp Member

For some years now, different groups especially Christian have been clamouring for the inclusion of skirts for corps members during the national youth service corps (NYSC) programme. They cite immorality and indecent dressing as the reason for the call. 'How can a female put on a male attire?' they wonder. They claim that at inception, female corp members were allowed to use skirts.
