So many bloggers and bloggers promote the concept. They claim mixing banana and vaseline together and applying it for 5 minutes every night will lead to bigger butts within a week. Some suggested adding workout to the routine.

The act of rubbing with Vaseline or any lubricant - a massage - is most definitely beneficial as it increases circulation and could help to improve the tone of loose skin, along with exercise. But it won’t increase your butt or breast size.

What about bananas? It is only when it is eaten you can get those benefits listed up there. Applying to the skin may not work. The skin is a barrier that prevents entrance of foreign matters into the body.
