Opening a community pharmacy after getting licence is the dream of most pharmacist in Nigeria. They all believe that is where the money is. That is true if we compare it with hospital pharmacy. However, that cannot be compared with owning an industrial pharmacy. But the pay can be more than pharmacist also working in the industry. So you see now why most pharmacist want to key into community pharmacy. The problem is usually the finance. This is the main reason fresh registered pharmacist find it hard to open one immediately after registration and licence.
