COOU Pharmacy Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu university (COOU) is a state tertiary institution located in ULI, a town in Anambra state, Nigeria. It was founded in 2000 with the name Anambra State University (ANSU). It once changed its name from Anambra state university of science and technology in 2004.
