Herbs To Tighten Vagina

Aloe Vera

The gel inside the aloe vera plant is known for its lubricating properties and is used in some lubricating gels. But it hasn’t been proven as a way to tighten the vagina.

Spreading aloe vera gel on to the internal and external areas of the vagina can supposedly tighten the pelvic muscles. Although aloe vera has several health benefits, there isn’t enough research to confirm how effective or safe it is to use on genitals.

Gooseberry

Some women think that pouring a blend of boiled gooseberries and water onto the vagina can increase the elasticity of the vaginal muscles. However, there’s no scientific data to back up this theory. The benefits of amla gooseberries are for skin, hair and health too.

Curcuma Comosa

It is a flowering plant with ginger-like roots. Some believe that pouring an extract of the herb Curcuma comosa onto the vagina once a month can prevent the vaginal walls from prolapsing, as well as strengthen and tighten the vagina walls. But, again, these results are unfounded.

Witch Hazel

The bark of the shrub with hazel has a lot of benefits. However, it's acclaim tightening of the vagina is believed to be because it is a wonderful astringent. Witch hazel can help you restore the tightness of your vaginal wall efficiently. These claims have not been verified.

Conclusion

For now, there is no proven herb that has a tight vagina. Everything up there is just a fallacy. There is so much research ongoing on the effect of these on animals. Unfortunately, most of them have failed to elicit even a minor change in rats not to talk of Hyman. For example, curcuma comosa did lead to some tightening in rats’ uteruses in one decades-old study but has not been tested on, let alone proven to help human women.
