Nospamin drop and gripe water are two preparations mother's give their children for infant colic. Nospamin paediatric drops contain homatropine methyl bromide as an active ingredient. On the other hand, gripe water is a mixture of water, baking soda, and herbs that many parents use as a remedy for colic and stomach upsets in babies.
