1. Postpill have just one tablet in the sachet but postinor 2 have 2 tablet in the sachet

2. The strength of levonorgestrel in postpill is 1.5mg but 0.75mg for each tablet of postinor 2 totalling 1.5mg when combined

3. The dose of postpill is a tablet immediately after unprotected vaginal sex but a tablet of postinor 2 is taken immediately after unprotected vaginal sex and another after 12 hours interval. The two tablet of postinor 2 can be taken immediately after unprotected vaginal sex
