Difference Between Pregnacare Original, Pregnacare Plus And Pregnacare Max
Pregnacare is a range of supplement develop for men and women trying for a healthy baby. It is from the stables of vitabiotics, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in the United Kingdom (UK). However, there are three product that concern women the most. They are pregnacare original, pregnacare plus omega 3 and pregnacare max.

Pregnacare original is a 30 tablet product in a pack. Each tablet contains different strengths of 17 important vitamins and minerals. They include folic acid, vitamin E, vitamin k, vitamin B12, iron, zinc, etc. They are formulated by experts at a level required for the healthy growth and development of babies in the womb and after delivery. For example, 400mcg of folic acid is the recommended strength for pregnant women. Another example is 10mcg of vitamin D. It is taken one tablet a day after eating.

This is a dual pack containing 56 drugs. 28 are tablet from pregnacare original. The other 28 is omega 3. Omega 3 is a rich source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). 300mg of this contributes to brain and eye development of the foetus. However, the omega 3 capsule in pregnacare plus is formulated to exclude vitamin A and impurities.

This is the highest pregnant care product during pregnancy. It contains 84 drugs with 56 tablets and 28 capsules. It provides the maximum nutritional support for pregnancy. 28 tablets contain pregnacare originals and can be differentiated from the other 28 tablets by the sachet colour difference. The pregnacare sachet is always green in Nigeria.

The 28 capsule is omega 3 from pregnacare plus. It provides exactly the same nutritional benefits as that of the pregnacare plus.
The last 28 tablets from the last sachet coloured the same with pregnacare care but contain different vitamins and minerals. They contain l-methylfolate which is a form of folate, vitamin D, calcium (500mg) and magnesium. They improve the bone and teeth of the baby.
