M&B paracetamol and easadol is a drug for treating minor pains. It is not a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is made in Nigeria by May and Baker Nigeria PLC.

Composition Of M&B Paracetamol Tablet

Each tablet contains:

Paracetamol B.P 500 mg

Composition Of Easadol

Each caplet contains:

Acetaminophen 500 mg BP

Composition Of M&B Syrup

Each 5 ml contains:

Paracetamol BP 120 mg

Indication Of M&B Paracetamol And Easadol

For the fast relief of pains, headache, muscular aches, cold symptoms and feverish conditions.

Dosage Of M&B Paracetamol And Easadol

Adults: 2 tablets 3 or 4 times daily but not more than 8 tablets in any 24 hours.

Children 6-12 years: ½-1 tablets 3 or 4 times a daily but not more than 4 tablets in any 24 hours.

Dosage Of M&B Paracetamol Syrup

Under 1 year: 2.5 - 5ml (1/2 - 1 teaspoonful)

1-5 years: 5ml - 10ml (1 - 2 teaspoonful)

6 - 12 years: 10ml - 20ml (2 - 4 teaspoonful)

Difference Between M&B Paracetamol And Easadol

Although they are both made by the same company and contain the same active, they are different in one way. M&B paracetamol is a tablet but easadol is a caplet.
