Scabies live under the skin. The effect of garlic against scabies can only be effective if the ingredients get to the skin after eating.
Garlic does contain nutrients that can benefit your skin and return it to health after you contract a scabies rash. The manganese in garlic contributes to healthy nerves, and the vitamin B6 in this vegetable contributes to healthy skin.

You can either increase your dietary consumption of these foods, or apply them topically as a paste once they have been diluted. The ingredients that can kill scabies may not get to the skin. Applying it to the skin may work better. But give a gap of 2-3 days.
