Description Of Omega-H3 Composition

H3: Professor Ana Aslan in association with Dr. Ferdinand Humeke originated the concept of giving Procaine (H3) as a health food supplement by intramuscular injection and found that the inclusion of H3 in vitamin mineral formula gave a supportive role towards providing a full nutrition fundamental to general good health. Omega-H3 contains P.A.B.A., an improved form of Procaine obtained by its hydrolysis, which has worldwide scientific recognition as a dietary supplement.

Lecithin: A natural derivative from soya beans, it performs a vital function in the formulation of cell walls in the human body. Consequently, it is found in all living cells. It is also concerned with the transport of fat in the blood. The lecithin used in Omega-H3 is free from cholesterol. It is also a very valuable nutrient for the liver.

Essential amino acids: Lysine and Methionine are usually missing in most vegetables, proteins and nuts. Both are well known to be vital in the diet for growth and muscle protein formation. Moreover, minerals in the body are better absorbed when chelated with amino acids.

Ginseng: The effective formula of Omega- H3 contains Ginseng, which is known to enhance natural resistance and recuperative properties of the body and produce stimulant activity.

Wheat-germ Oil: This is a rich source of Vitamin E, the vitamin known for its antioxidant properties in the body. This property makes it especially important when the level of essential poly-unsaturated fatty acids in the diet is high. It also protects the efficiency of other compounds, such as Vitamin A. In Omega-H3 Vitamin E content of Wheat-Germ Oil is fortified.

Biotin: This factor often found naturally with B vitamins, acts as a coenzyme in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, and thus occupies a key role in nutritional metabolism.

Rutin: Buckwheat leaves and flowers are the richest natural source of Rutin and this nutrient, sometimes called Vitamin P, is obtained from them for Omega-H3.

Iron: Iron is not only essential for red blood cells, but is also a component of enzymes in all the cells of the body. Iron is also necessary for transporting oxygen to the cells and making use of oxygen when it arrives. Low hemoglobin levels indicative of iron deficiency is common. During menstruation, women need iron-rich foods to replace blood loss. Activity of iron in Omega-H3 is supplemented by a group of vital nutrients, such as Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, C, Folic acid and minerals.

Vitamin group: Omega-H3 formula incorporates 12 vitamins which are all necessary for transforming foods into energy and body maintenance. Vitamin B1 is vital in carbohydrate metabolism as a coenzyme. It is required for normal digestion and necessary for growth, fertility and normal functioning of nerve tissue.

Vitamin B2 is a constituent of many enzymes dealing with food metabolism. Vitamin B6 is essential in the utilization of protein and necessary for proper growth and maintenance of body functions. B12 is vital for supporting healthy blood.

Folic Acid helps to manufacture red blood cells (RBC) and also to convert food into energy. Nicotinamide is a constituent of enzymes concerned in the oxidation of food and so is fundamental to nutritional health. Vitamin A is concerned with vision, particularly night vision, and with the maintenance of healthy skin.

Vitamin D is necessary for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in bone formation. Vitamin C helps the body's winter resistance and is also essential for the formation of bone and teeth. It promotes growth and tissue repair, including the healing of wounds.

Minerals: Omega-H3 capsules contain vital minerals in a carefully balanced formula. Mineral elements have two general body functions - building and regulating. Their building functions affect the skeleton and soft tissues.

Their regulating functions include a wide variety of systems, such as heartbeat, blood clotting. maintenance of the internal pressure of body fluids, nerve responses, and transport of oxygen from the lungs to the tissues. Minerals are especially important for the efficient utilization of foods and in aiding the effectiveness of specific vitamins. Naturally grown fresh vegetables are the main source of minerals but certain cooking methods may result in the loss of dietary minerals. Prevention of deficiency can be helped with the minerals in Omega-H3.
