Viagra is a phosphodiesterase inhibitor. It ultimately prevents or minimizes the breakdown of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) by inhibiting cGMP specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). The result of doing so allows cGMP present in both the penis and pulmonary vasculature to elicit smooth muscle relaxation and vasodilation.

This subsequently facilitates relief in pulmonary arterial hypertension and the increased flow of blood into the spongy erectile tissue of the penis that consequently allows it to grow in size and become erect and rigid.
Indapamide belongs to a class of drugs known as diuretics/"water pills." It works by causing you to make more urine. This helps your body get rid of extra salt and water. This helps in the treatment of hypertension, as well as decompensated heart failure.
Can Viagra And Indapamide Be Use Together
Viagra causes mild and transient decreases in systemic blood pressure which at different doses within recommended doses. In the majority of these cases, they do not translate into clinical effects.
