Dosage Of Abidec Multivitamin Drop

The average daily dose for infants under one year is 0.3 ml (lower mark on dropper), for older children, 0.6 ml (higher mark on dropper). Abidec drops are preferably given as a single daily dose dropped on the back of the tongue or mixed with milk, fruit juices or other fluids. Abidec drops are specially formulated for babies and toddlers and are not recommended for adults. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Composition Of Abidec Multivitamin Drop

Each 0.6 ml contains:

Vitamin A PhEur 4000 iu, Vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol PhEur) 400 iu, Vitamin B₁ (thiamine hydrochloride PhEur) 1 mg, Vitamin B₂ (riboflavin PhEur) 0.4 mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride PhEur) 0.5 mg, Nicotinamide PhEur 5 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid PhEur) 50 mg.

Abidec Drop does not contain iron or iron containing salt.

How To Give Abidec Drop

1. Insert the dropper into the bottle

2. Press the tube gently

3. Release the tube slowly observing the volume of liquid entering the dropper

4. Stop when it gets to the required mark

5. Dropped on the back of the tongue or mixed with milk, fruit juices or other fluids

Does Abidec Drop Make Children Gain Weight

It may cause weight gain. This is because it contains vitamin B complex. These B vitamin aids food adsorption and improves apetite. However, weight gain effect is low.

Does Abidec Drop Make Children Sleep

The answer is no. It does not contain any ingredient that is drowsy.
