Is Beans Good For Ulcer Patient
Beans fall into the category of high fiber and protein meal. Cooking it with oil makes it a fatty meal too. Large meals, fatty meals, high soluble fiber meals and high protein meals can prolong the time food stays in the stomach, and high protein foods trigger more acid production.

The more food that stays in the stomach, the more acid is produced. The more acid is produced, the more ulcer symptoms are aggravated. So in other words, avoid high consumption of beans, especially beans cooked with oil.
